Transforming Events with AI: Creating a Unique Audiovisual Piece with new workflows for a Major Insurance Event in Spain

In a recent collaboration with the agency Exclama, our team had the privilege of designing an audiovisual piece generated by artificial intelligence, specifically to welcome a corporate event of a renowned insurance company in Spain. This project not only tested our creativity, but also allowed us to explore the frontiers of emerging technology.

From the beginning, the client provided us with clear visual references, which served as the foundation for the story we wanted to build. Integrating these images with original ideas, we structured a storyboard that guided us through the creative process. This initial planning was crucial to establish a firm and coherent direction from the very beginning.

The heart of the project was the manipulation and generation of images through artificial intelligence tools such as Dall-e and Midjourney. These platforms allowed us to create a visual foundation that exceeded initial expectations, adapting to our specific needs rather than the other way around. Subsequently, Krea AI played an essential role in improving the quality and size of these images, preparing them for their transformation into video format.

Transforming the AI-generated images into dynamic elements was a crucial stage of the project. We used COMFY UI and Runway to animate these static images, transforming them into fluid and engaging video sequences.

Additionally, to give a distinctive and dynamic touch to the transitions between scenes, we incorporated 3D-generated elements, such as a blue energy tunnel and energy lines running through an athletics track, bringing a depth and visual impact that only 3D can offer. These elements not only enhanced the transition between video sequences, but also added a layer of drama and modernity to the final set.

This project taught us the importance of adapting and controlling advanced technologies in the audiovisual workflow. The interaction with artificial intelligence programs offered us new perspectives and methods that can be crucial in future productions. Each step of the process was not only a learning experience, but a confirmation that technology, when used creatively, can significantly expand our expressive and narrative capabilities.
