AI photocall, video projections and an immersive dinner in Greek settings…. Creating mythical scenarios at Gore’s 360º corporate event in the UK

At this Gore corporate event at the De Vere Beaumont Estate, we were tasked with transforming a medical meeting into an unforgettable experience, centered around innovation and magic. We celebrated a revolutionary breakthrough in medical technology for cardiology with a creative, multi-sensory approach that captured the essence of the brand and its technological achievements.

The event unfolded in four distinct phases, all under our creative direction and audiovisual production. It began in a conference room where our team designed all the graphic content for the presentations, distributed on a stage with three screens to maximize visual impact and the transmission of key information.

The magic moment was triggered at the photocall, where the attendees, without initially knowing it, were transformed into Greek-era figures thanks to an advanced AI that customized the images according to their facial features. This surprise not only served as entertainment, but also demonstrated the power of modern technology to create personalized experiences.

The video mapping projection outside marked the prelude to the dinner and transitioned the event into a more magical and triumphant theme. We narrated the product story on the hotel façade, evolving into dynamic and magical representations that respected the Gore brand identity, adding a touch of fantasy with particle animations and Olympus motifs.

The final phase of the event was held in a banquet hall where wall mapping with Unreal Engine 5 technology created 3D environments that reflected the Greek theme, from ancient interiors to gardens and views of Olympus. 

The dinner culminated with the presentation of the AI-transformed photographs, showing attendees as Greek gods, closing the event’s cycle and reinforcing the theme of transformation and excellence.

This project is an outstanding example of how a combination of services can transform a corporate event into a complete and multifaceted experience, thanks to the diversity of content and the use of up-to-date programs aligned with the latest trends.To kick off the event, we debuted a one-minute video across all screens, previewing the thematic visual transformations set to unfold.

This not only set the tone but also ensured that every participant, whether onsite or joining via live stream, was fully engaged from the first moment. Our comprehensive approach extended beyond the event space to the live stream, where we managed all visual elements, ensuring a seamless and professional presentation for remote viewers.
